Претензия по возврату товара довольно частое явление. Но очень часто народ из-за своей малограмотности или отсутствие времени не может отстоять свои права.
Я лично не морочусь по мелочи, но товарищ подсказал что оформить претензию по возврату товара можно онлайн на иск.онлайн/претензия-по-возврату-товара и стоит это всего 500р за 3 минуты))
Я воспользовался услугой отнес копию в магазин и суд. Мне все вернули

Да , не приятно возвращать в магазин не качественный товар , у меня тоже такое было , но оказывается не все и вернуть можно !
Правительство РФ постановлением №55 приняло и утвердило определенный список товаров, не относящихся к типу пищевой продукции, которые не могут подвергнуться процедуре возврата или же обмена на товар, аналогичный по содержанию или стоимости.
